I'm on the last few days of FB Bodyweight and did kickboxing, arms and a yoga/pilates blend to finish. I really enjoyed this mornings workout.
I'm definitely more flexible and I'm so close to doing a wheelbarrow (I used to call it a crab when I was younger!) - this was one of the moves I really wanted to be able to do again!
I've also finished my semester one exams and have a few days off now before the new semester starts.
Today I've got to carry all my books back to the library and bring back the new ones I need. This is going to be fun after an arm workout this morning! ;)
