TankTop arms, shoulders and back.

I've been working out with FB since Nov 2016, started off with bodyweight round 2, now I'm doing FB30 round 1 and FBbooty round 1.So,I sort of have narrow hips and shoulders wider than my hips, I think its called inverted triangle body type(paula patton, demi moore?). So I've always wanted those slim slender arms but also toned ones so that I can finally show off my called "broad shoulders" ,"man shoulders" and make people jealous that they look good,Oh it has taken me a long time to accept my shoulders and I still struggle at times. I was wondering if FBflex can help me get those arms and shoulders? And if it does, how heavy do I need to lift? cause right now I have only a pair of 1kg dumbbells.Thank you.
