Every other day/ 3-4 days a week program?


I find myself on far ends of a spectrum: either i do 5-6 workout programs (which i do love), or I don't do any workouts at all.

I'm wondering if anyone here knows of an every other day program or if anyone has done a more relaxed version of the others? I want to workout, and I do better if its structured, but I simply dont have the motivation or discipline with school and work at the moment to do it 5 days a week.

Just curious of your thoughts, thank you.
