Hey fb community,
Right now I'm about in the middle of fb burn round 2, and it's great (even though I had to take a break for a week for personal reasons). Now I'm back on the exercising train, and thinking about what doing fb abs after burn. Is fb abs worth it? My core is weakest right now, and I'd like to tone my stomach and cut fat, so fb abs sounded perfect - but I'm also worried about losing muscle definition in my legs and arms. Thoughts? Maybe anyone's review of fb abs? Thanks!
