Good morning!
It was a bit of a rough night for me, last night. I didn't get to sleep until past midnight.
I'm starting Reach today and I don't normally do the PFT, I just sub it in for another workout. So today, I did https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/3-day-flexibility-challenge-day-3-static-stretches-for-flexibility-and-range-of-motion but added an extra warm-up to the start, to really get the blood moving. I'm happy I managed to do even this, I've got those dark circles.
I'm drinking a new flavour of tea (for me) this morning. Chai tea with espresso beans... oh my, is this tea ever good. Morning coffee without the coffee!
