Feeling kind of in between!

So, I have been working out with FB on and off for the past couple of years. I had a baby four months ago and after a hard pregnancy I'm mentally ready to get healthy and fit again. I've never been that big on exercise so I must admit the five-day-a-week style of the programs has been a bit of a shock to the system! I'm doing it though and feeling quite proud of myself for it :-)

I completed the low impact program which I thought would be a gentle way to get back into things. I then moved onto FB Fit but after three weeks I had to stop as I somehow managed to hurt my ankle with all the jumping! I got out of bed each morning and my feet, ankles and hips would feel stiff and sore for half an hour or so. I also found the program really challenging and had to modify quite a few of the exercises just to make it through to the end of the videos. Then again, I did like how tired I felt after each workout as it made me feel like I had really challenged myself.

My dilemma, I guess, is that I'm ready to move on to something a bit more intense than the low impact program, but I don't think my body is quite fit and/or strong enough yet for the FB Fit program as I hurt myself doing it. Do you guys have any tips as to what to do with myself in the meantime? Is there any particular form of exercise or a program that you think might be useful for me while I'm in this in-between stage?
