FB Strong with FB Burn?

I’ve been reading on here that some of you pair FB Strong with FB Burn (alternating weeks) and I’m really thinking about doing it. I want to do more strength training but I love cardio/HIIT. Would this be a bad idea for me? Like would I miss cardio/HIIT a lot? This is the whole reason I’m thinking about doing them together that way. I really want to try out Strong.

What were you results from Strong? Do you feel as if you gained muscle?
