Plateau with Legs

Hi,

FB has totally gotten me in the best shape of my life over the last year and a half. However, I was having problems with a disc derangement in my lower back resulting in sciatica so I had to stop squatting as much. Now, there are a number of exercises my PT asked me to avoid. Many are exercises I would do during HIIT.

As a result, my legs aren't losing inches the way they were and I'm sad! I've been on a roll losing inches around my chest and small waist, but my hips and thighs won't budge. Any ideas or advice?
