Living with POP - what's next after Low Impact Program?

I bought the Low Impact program and have done it through twice.

Found it really good as after a visit to the Women's Health Physio about an 'issue' she discovered I have a prolapse issue.

What's next now though? I need to stay low impact, I can't lift more than light weights, and I have to go easy on all core exercises.

Any ideas?

I was thinking maybe Reach, but does it include any cardio element?
