Onto Week 2 of Blend!

Happy Monday and First Day of Fall, Y'all! I began my second week of Blend and I am LOVING it! I usually do several workout programs with FB that incorporate a lot of strength training, then I may take a month or so off to just do HIIT & bodyweight --- but I must say, when I come back to strength training, I know how much I've missed it! It really does make you feel so strong, pushing yourself, and letting your muscles show you what they can do. There is nothing like it. Ride those endorphins!

I don't know why I never commented or posted in the Community Forum before! I always just went to my calendar and then I was off. This community is just the best, most supportive group of people. Different goals, yet the same outcome -- to be happy & healthy. I love it!
