Love FB and dumbells, bad knees, weak wrists - need modifications or programs

My partner and I love working out together with FB for several months. We are all about 'Power to the People'. Working out to video would not work for us without Kelli and Daniel making it real.

I need HIIT for my high blood pressure and it's going down! The issue I am asking about is workouts that fit my 62 year old partner's 2 issues: one knee replacement and one knee that is extremely delicate, wrists that are weak and hands a little arthritic. She likes and want to do vigorous dumbbell routines like this one:

and the kickboxing that arent super fast but can't comfortably support body weight, pushups planks with hands etc.

We are overwhelmed by the hundreds of videos to comb through. We are flexible and could modifiy and combine anything you suggest. We do not have a problem paying for the best online fitness training. What should we do?
