If you're thinking about Blend, do it!

I just finished Blend and I absolutely loved it. I really enjoyed each workout and there were new videos I have never done before, which was amazing after seeing a lot of the same videos in other programs I have. I feel like it was a nice balance of HIIT and strength, and I loved that I could make the workouts longer with the extra credit challenge. So far my favorites I've done in order are: Blend, Strong, Abs 2, and Burn 2. Burn 2 is last on my list because there are certain videos I dread, but they do kick your butt in a good way...it's just intense and hard, but again, in a good way. I like Blend because I got in a solid workout, but it just felt more fun. If you're thinking about it, do it!
