Booty and Flex

I have completed several programs since starting in April but then my knees started to really hurt mid way through the Bored Easily program. I'm thinking the jumping and HIIT was too much? I took some time off and returned by first completing Flex and then Low Impact. Now my knees are much better but still a bit stiff and sore. I am considering my next program. I loved Flex and would like to combine with Booty. Any thoughts on if Booty might be too intense for recovering knees?
