Sick?? What to do or not do?

What do you do when you are sick? I've missed 2 days due to what I think is Strep throat. No fever, but I can't do the heavy breathing my workouts usually inspire. I don't want to sidetrack my progress. I'm thinking about some yoga tonight to just keep me moving? I'm in week 4 of FB30 round 1 and FB Flex. Or am I better to just take the time off until I feel better? I go see my doc in a bit so I will ask him too, but I'm guessing he will say do whatever I feel up to.
