On to the next one!

Hi all... today was my LAST DAY OF XT!!!! Wooooo!!!! Nothing feels better than pushing all the way through a program. I decided I’m going to give Sweat a try next. I plan on rescheduling days so it’s three days a week instead of five, and I’ll keep doing workout classes on top of FB, like Zumba and yoga.

Anyone else working on Sweat right now or other programs? How’s it going??
