HKS Accountability Group Sept. 6

Good Morning Everyone,

I guess Amanda and Tee are busy this morning so you are stuck with me.

I began week 2 of Fit. I did the warm-up, then the extra credit, then the main workout. The main workout was 59min long and I thought if I do not do the extra credit first it won't happen. I was so right. There was not a spot on my body that was not sweating by the time I was done

Savannah and I got our walk in yesterday afternoon and she is off to her dad's today. So I am back to walking by myself.

Super glad it is Friday so I do not have to set an alarm for tomorrow.
