Really enjoying this program with great extra challenges, but I think that the extra challenge on day 18 is a bit of a misfit. I really pushed myself through the main workout and was (again) looking forward to do the extra challenge, but it is simply too much and a bit frustrating.
Anyway, greetings from Austria. I've been doing my workout with you guys for over three years and wanted to start this year with a program of yours. I really enjoy your videos and love the way you explain the movements and what to watch out for in every workout.
