Happy Medium

I can't help it...I need to lift weights. So today I started Adriene's 31 day Revolution Calendar, followed by Fitness Blender's Tank Top Arms 1 and 2 (my personal, absolute favourites!):

After which I did a free-style cool down.

I will continue the Yoga calendar, and repeat this upper body FB workout, using only 2lb weights, twice a week, as well as the 100 Squat and Lunge Challenges twice a week. Maybe toss in a 10 minute ab workout to round it all out.

That will keep me safe and happy, I think!
