Yesterday I missed posting. It was a cardio day turned rest day after I woke up with an aching back and hip. I had a doctor's appt that I was going to skip, but I worked in and got fixed up! I'm not a 100%, but I feel much better.

Today was lower body strength so I did https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/no-equipment-butt-and-thigh-workout-fat-burning-cardio-intervals. Brutal, but good.
