Suggestions for a "treat" workout

So, I'm aiming to finish up the bored easily program tomorrow. I start FB30 R2 Monday which leaves me a gap on Friday to fill! I'm doing lower body strength and cardio Thursday, with that in mind, what are your favorite workout videos that I could "treat" myself to? I'd be open to a level 3 to 4 of upper body, not HIIT cardio, pilates, and/or core! I have some of my own favorites, but I want to see what you all like to do!

This will be the first program I've finished and I'm so excited!!!!
