Monday Workout?

Happy Monday, everyone — hope your week is off to a great start!

If you haven’t worked out yet today, here’s a great “Quick and Easy Pilates Toning and Flexibility Workout” that may be just what you need to ease into the week.

This relaxed, free-form Pilates routine is short and sweet, but still gets a good sweat going. In this video, we actually incorporate the warm up and cool down into the main body of the routine by focusing on move progression, so what you get is a workout with no breaks — just work.

You can always ramp up the intensity a bit by using some of the modifications we suggest, but sometimes what you need is a relatively light, low impact workout.
