Tips Needed

Hello! I just graduated from high school, and before I start my next chapter, I want to be healthy and happy. In HS, I was on the go, now, I seem to have more time. I don’t know anything about nutrition or exercising. I tend to gravitate towards junk food since it’s so convenient. I binge on it when I’m stressed, bored, or for no reason at all. Any tips on nutrition, exercising, and ending binge eating are greatly appreciated! Thank you!
