There’s always a way :)

Today is supposed to be Booty Day 5 for me, but yesterday I cut a finger pretty deeply while washing out a can (so dumb haha). Obviously a minor injury that won’t slow me down more than a day or two, but bad enough I knew I couldn’t grip a weight or a mat without risking reopening the wound. So the weights, burpees and down dog push-offs weren’t gonna work for me today (so sad, a reason not to do burpees hahaha). So I got creative and searched the video archive to find a nice lineup of a bodyweight lunge and squat routine, one of the 100 squat challenges, and a barre video without hands-on-mat moves to at least keep me moving. So glad for the variety and number of workouts in the FB library, there’s always a way to keep working through at least minor setbacks! :)
