HKS Accountability Group Aug 15

Good morning!

Today, I was not back on Strong, yet, as my next workout is arms... last week's arms was brutal while trying to navigate a car around for 5 hours... so many U-turns after chest flies! In light of that and also with an impending painting weekend, Strong is on hold until Monday :)

I was really happy that I did feel stronger this time around!
