Next Program Help

I've cycled through Strong, Burn 2, and Ab 2 3 times now and I'm ready to throw another program in the mix. I love strength and hiit focused programs and my goal is to work out under an hour a day. My primary goal is to gain muscle, tone, and lose a bit more weight along my lower abs that I can't seem to kick. Does anyone have a program they love that meets those requirements? Thank you!!
