I've been doing the bodyweight programme and have been making some really good progress. Yesterday I moved back to university to start the second semester and I was determined to complete my first workout in my room.
As soon as I started I could tell I wasn't going to get very far. I'm feeling completely drained and very lethargic. I completed the HIIT portion of the video (doing the low impact), but had to skip the strength portion because I knew my form was suffering.
I'm just feeling a bit frustrated because I've been doing so well when I was at home. I wonder whether it was the travelling yesterday that did me in? Anybody else had any days like this before?
