starting up again slow

I've posted about it before: I am in the middle of FB30r3, but a bit sick. I had to skip a few workout days all together and take it slow. I am still not feeling well enough for the intensity of FB30, but today I am feeling well enough for a workout, so I did this. It was good to move and I felt I was working.
