I started this program mainly because it was the longest program available. I just needed to take the thinking out of exercise, letting some one else take care of the planning and just focus on showing up. The first couple of weeks I was inconsistent with my workouts, but as i got deeper into the program I got more consistent. I didnt take any before pics which i regret, but i did take measurements. Look at them 2 months later I am astounded at the amount of inches that have dropped off!!
I really loved the program, and am currently deciding over whether to redo it or go with the new Round 4 one.
