Hi! Who is doing FB Body Weight? I am doing the Round 2 with my husband and I really like it. What do you guys think about it? Are you finding any struggles? Can you see results?
I saw good results after the first program, in this one I skipped some workouts but I am getting back on track. :) The workouts always leave me feel sore and energized, and it's crazy to think that I don't even need weights for that!
