Ouch, my neck! Kickboxing, how could you?!

So yesterday I did a lower body strength and kickboxing routine (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/cardio-kickboxing-and-lower-body-strength-workout) and didn't feel much of anything besides a little bit of leg soreness afterwards.

But today when I woke up... Holy sh...! My entire body is sore, and like Daniel said, in some weird places! Unfortunately I did something to my neck and it is killing me so I took it super easy today with my workout... Had to change the schedule. As hard as it was to know I'm not getting in an intense workout today, I knew I had to do what was best for my body. So I listened to it!

I'm trying to get better at that, though it can be really hard to substitute a lighter, safer workout for an intense strength or HIIT I had planned. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm hoping for a quick neck (and whole body) recovery!! You killed me, Daniel! 😊😊
