Burn vs. Sweat vs. Fit

Hi all- I finished burn a few weeks ago and although I liked it there was a bit too much HIIT for me (although it definitely helped my endurance go up!)

I’m mid-way through Strong but due to my biggest goal being fat loss and not wanting to lower my calories anymore, I’m thinking maybe I should go back to a program that’s a mix of strength and more HIIT.

Has anyone done all three of the programs in the title? What is the major difference between them, just length of workouts?
