Today was just brutal after rest day! Feel like my legs were not even attached anymore. I started with Body Weight R1 in December and improved my flexibility, stamina, and cardio and saw a bit of toning.... now with Burn R1 seeing more toning. Now I am wondering what program to get next? I love HIIT and want to continue toning and burning fat and I am not picky about the length of the workouts. I'm excited to start another program as I really have found a good routine and I am now ready to focus more on what I am eating. I eat fairly well but there is room for improvement. I feel like the 3rd time around I will shine!
