A Workout Recommendation + Achievement!

Hey Guys!

It's been awhile since I've started a discussion here. Thought I'd check in briefly. :) I've been quite inconsistent in working out multiple times a week for the past few months (I normally get at least one in a week, but not the usual 4x a week like I used to) but I've really focused on taking it easy on my body and doing lots of stretching/yoga. I've been a little unwell and endlessly tired, so I really felt like that's what I needed. Every now and then I'll get in a good strength workout, though, and awaken my muscles properly. ;)

It's one of my all-time favourites! Highly recommend to anyone who struggles finding time or motivation to get in a good strength workout!

Also, be proud of me guys, I made it through the entire 45 seconds of jump squats in the burnout round with full gusto! XD (Suuuuper shaky now though, haha.)
