Where do I start?

Hello FB fam! I have been doing fitness blender now for about 5/6 years and have Never purchased a workout. Kelli and Daniel have motivated me and cheered me through all this. I have been up and down in weight and strength. Currently I am mid and weak.

I have had a ton of injuries and Yes I listened to Kelli. "Listen to your body."

Now I am on recovery and my physio therapist has recommended light strength training and lots of Pilates and yoga to get my body back together again. What is especially important is strengthening my core stability.

Now I am looking at all the programs, and yes I could just make one tailored to my needs, but I want try try a program. (I know all about modifications)

My questions is, besides reach, is there another one with Pilates?

or any with a blend of Pilates, strength, cardio and yoga.
