Question about Blend

Would anyone be able to tell me approximately what percentage HIIT vs Strength Blend is? I think I remember reading Burn is about 50/50 and Strong was 90% strength to 10% HIIT. I couldn’t find where this information is given for Blend. Perhaps this is because of the optional extra credit (would actually be good to know the percentage break down with the extra credit and without.)
