My progress during the past four weeks.

I thought I'd share my progress from the past four weeks while I've been doing the Low Impact program. I have the results from the PFT test, weight, measurements and some thoughts. I'm writing this mostly for myself, but I thought it might be fun to share. :)

What I've been doing the past four weeks:

- The Low Impact program.

- Eating less chocolate and drink less soda than I would usually do.

What's been the most challenging:

- I've had a couple of days when I've fallen back on eating chocolate like I used to.

What I feel the most proud of:

- That I haven't had to reschedule any workout day.

Plans for the coming four weeks while I'll also be on vacation:

- To do my own planned workouts. I've got the five day challenge to burn fat and build lean muscle, and then mostly some of my favorite workouts from before added to my calendar.

- To keep trying to eat less chocolate and drink less soda than I used to do, but I might not be as adamant about it during my vacation, though. We'll see. But either way I don't want to go back to how it was before.
