What to do after Strong?

I am half way through FB Strong (and loving it!) I am looking at a program to start after Strong finishes. I think the FB Abs program looks fun. But, if I do that with the focus on the core, will I lose anything I've gained with Strong, such as arm and lower body strength and toning? Or is there enough total body work included in Abs that it will be fine? Or would you recommend something else completely as a next program? Thanks!
