Unmotivated

I've started to change my lifestyle about a month ago because I want to lose some weight and feel better and have more energy. So I bought the fb blend program and I started to see results right away but it was extremely hard for me because I'm so out of shape. So I went to a gym because they give a plan and consultations that are right for you and for your goals. But no! It kinda sucks. They don't ask you your goals or yours needs they just give you a plan the same for everyone and it didn't help at all. I stopped seeing results since I started at the gym and I feel like I wasted my time. Back to home workouts with Daniel and Kelly and this amazing community!
