Has anyone done FB Booty?

Hi all,

I am just coming to the end of FB Sweat, which I have enjoyed. I have 9 weeks until a family holiday and I am looking to significantly loose weight and tone up. All safely of course.

I am heavier on my lower body, I know you can;t spot reduce and I am not looking to try and force my body into a shape that's not natural to me, I just to be in good healthy shape.

Has anyone tried the booty programme? what sort of results did you get? I am very happy to shape butt and thighs but I don;t need them to be any bigger! Also I have some knee issues so tons of lunges aren't great for me. I am not sure whether to buy this programme and do upper and core on the spare days or to re run Sweat or to make something up myself!

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
