"How To" Demonstrations

Over the years that I've been training, both at the gym and with fitness blender, I will frequently google how to do certain exercises, whether it's for the first time or something I do frequently (hello squats and deadlifts) to ensure my form is on point. I also DO NOT want to injure myself!

Honestly...there's a lot of garbage out there. As it turns out, anyone with a camera and access to the internet can post whatever they want on any subject matter. Yikes. Kelli and Daniel, what would you think about creating "how to" demonstrations on some of your most used moves to benefit the new-to-exercisers and the seasoned pros, respectively?

I LOVE fitness blender and everything it stands for. Health is a RIGHT NOT A PRIVILEGE. Thank you for making exercise accessible to all people!
