SO NOT FEELING IT

So I wanted to know if any of you have experienced this. The last day I I worked out was Tue the 16th. I just didn't have the energy and had so much going on. Today I woke up with a headache and it has just been lingering all day. Is it bc I have workout on a consistent basis and body is now reacting to lack of movement?
