Post-Holiday Humbling!

Just back from 3 glorious weeks campervanning, where I did a *bit* of FB, but mostly running as workouts not always possible on a campsite...So I thought I'd do the Five-Day Challenge for Busy People when I got back to 'ease myself in gently'. I'm here to say I did the first one (lower body, only 32 minutes ) 2 days ago and my thighs are still on fire. I had to do the beginner mods for today's workout, which were still very challenging. That'll teach me!! Great (in a weird way) to feel the burn again, but it's amazing how quickly you lose the strength/flexibility. I think I'll do the 5-day challenge again next week and see how I get on...
