Video overlap? (help me to choose the next program:))

Hi everyone :))))

So I'm about to finish Abs r2 (my fave so far) and thinking about the next program.

I've done also Bodyweight, Fit 2, Strong, Flex.

I really want to try Sweat or one of one of the burn programs.

Firstly, i would like the workouts to be longer than 30 min, so from what ive heard i should chose burn 2 or sweat, right? Are the extra credit workouts every day?

And secondly, im worrying about the workouts them selfs. As I have done 2 newer programs (fit 2 and abs 2), if i chose burn 2 would there be similar workouts (some the same as in these programs?

Would really love to hear some experiences:)
