I've been doing the 8 week FB 30 program and I'm loving it! It's keeping me motivated, I've even lost 2 inches off my waist since starting and I love following along with Kelly and Daniel. The only thing is, lately, my knees are KILLING ME. I don't want to lose motivation but my knees are taking a beating, I'm assuming from all the jumping. Anyone have any good suggestions for staying on track while sore? or any tips for helping sore knees?! I know they have low impact variations of a lot of the exercises but it always feels like I'm 'cheating'.
