Skinny Fat

I really need some help and direction! :(

I am fairly active person; and i eat quite healthy. I do eat sugary foods and junk food mayber 1x week.

I started using FB strong for about 3 months now; did two rounds. It was effective for me--my legs and arms are so toned now. BUT-it hasn't resolved my major problem--my belly. I'm quite petite (UK6) but I've a belly. I am trying my best to flatten it. and I don't know what to do.

Please help me! :(
