Approaching 50 in 20 Days!!! Help!

So I'll be turning 50 in 20 days (GASP!!!) and I've noticed workouts aren't quite the same as they were in my 30s and 40s. I've also gotten away from regularly working out and I know I need to change that. I love the Fitness Blender home workouts, but I guess I'm looking for advice in terms of effective workouts. I have a bit of weight to lose, but a LOT more toning up to do! Any silver bullets out there? Thanks!!!!
