Workouts that don't use feet...

Okay, so I'm currently pursuing taking care of a sunburn that has left my feet a bit swollen. In order to give myself the best care I can, I will probably be taking time off from the program I'm in the middle of. While this is disappointing, allowing my feet to heal is important to me. I am doing what I can to bring the swelling down, but I'm interested in Fitness Blender videos that are done on a mat (like non-standing abs) or seated (so there's no weight on my feet). I'm very comfortable and confident in the ways I'm treating the sunburn, so thank you in advance for respecting that I do not want medical advice. What I would like, are video suggestions to keep my body active and my feet healthy!
