Planks

Wondering if anyone can help me out. Every time I do planks I don't feel much in my and, but my lower back hurts. I assume bad form, but I'm struggling to know how to adjust myself. I don't have a mirror or anything to see what I'm doing? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. I'm a bit of a beginner in all these things 😊
