Starting FB Burn round 2

I finished FB Strong last month, then did random workouts for a week in sweltering heat and humidity. As much as I LOVE strength training and FB Strong, I wanted to try something different with more HIIT and cardio, to see what my body can do. I was also looking for slightly longer workouts than FB Strong, again to challenge myself. After reading members' reviews here, I decided to go for FB Burn round 2. First day was HIIT with a lower body strength training extra credit workout. My goal is to complete all of those extra credit workouts as well as the main workout of the day and I aim to finish the program in 4 weeks.
