When you just can't complete another set!

Does anyone else find that their body sometimes just refuses to obey and do any more movements? Just finished Day 22 of FB Burn 1 and I had to give up part way through the Extra Credit section, My body just seemed to say...nope, no more energy left today and I couldn't lift my myself up to do another round of backbow crossovers. I have just starting using heavier weights over the last week or so, plus its really hot here, So maybe that is part of the reason for it, Just curious really to know if anyone has the same thing happen?
